Senior Principal Consultant-Solution Architect - Python

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and design scalable, robust software solutions using Python, considering both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Stay updated with the Python ecosystem and evaluate libraries, frameworks, and tools that align with project requirements.
  • Develop prototypes and PoCs to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate proposed solutions to stakeholders.
  • Lead or participate in the development of software solutions using Python, ensuring clean and efficient code.
  • Create architecture documents, diagrams, and technical specifications for clear communication.
  • Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in Python-based systems.
  • Design and implement integrations between Python-based systems and external services.
  • Implement security best practices in Python applications to protect sensitive data.
  • Define testing strategies and collaborate with QA engineers to ensure software reliability.
  • Design systems that can scale horizontally and vertically to handle growing workloads.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Expertise in Python programming language and frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  • Ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable software architectures.
  • Experience with architectural patterns and design principles.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Relevant certifications demonstrating proficiency in Python programming or solution architecture.
  • Experience with Python-based data processing and analysis libraries/frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Python-based machine learning frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
