Job Summary:

  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a customer relationship plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers at customer organizations.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries and concerns.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and TVS products

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher

Pay:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
