We are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Senior Reporting and AnalyticsSpecialist with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

The idealcandidate will possess strong communication skills a track recordof successfully engaging with clients and the ability to driveaccount growth.

The primary responsibilities of this role includeSQL Server expertise Power BI development data modelling andbuilding data gateways to enable seamless data refresh fromonpremises SQL Server to Power BI cloud.

Additionally the candidatewill be responsible for creating one or two Power BI dashboards andguiding clients in dashboard development over a period of 4 to 6weeks.

Requirements

KeyResponsibilities:
1.

Client Engagement: Develop strong client relationshipsdemonstrate excellent communication skills and effectivelyarticulate technical concepts to clients. Proactively identifyopportunities to grow client accounts and provide strategicguidance.

SQL Server Expertise:
 Utilize advanced SQL Server skills tomanage and manipulate data optimize queries and ensure dataintegrity.

3.

Power BI Development: Design and develop Power BI reports anddashboards that provide actionable insights and drive informeddecisionmaking. Implement best practices for data visualisation anduserexperience.

4.

Data Modelling:

 Develop and maintain robust data models thatsupport complex reporting requirements and enable efficient dataanalysis.

5.

Gateway Implementation: Build data gateways to facilitatesecure and reliable data refresh from onpremises SQL Serverdatabases to Power BIcloud.

6.

Dashboard Development: Create one or two Power BI dashboards asproof of concept and guide clients in dashboard creationcustomization andmaintenance.

7.

Client Training and Support: Provide training and support toclients in utilising Power BI tools interpreting dashboards andbuilding their own reports anddashboards.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or relatedfield.
5 to 7 years of experiencein reporting and analytics roles with a focus on SQL Server andPower BI.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage withclients and drive account growth.
Proficiency in SQL Server including data manipulation queryoptimization and databaseadministration.
Expertise inPower BI including report development dashboard design and datavisualisation.
Experience in datamodelling including dimensional modelling and data warehousedesign.
Familiarity with buildingdata gateways and implementing data integrationsolutions.
Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
