Job DescriptionA Brief OverviewAs ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for working to develop, design technical solution on ServiceNow platform.

You will provide application development and maintenance along with technical support by following ServiceNow platform and web programming best practices.


Roles and Responsibilities:
Configuration/Coding which includes UI changes, Workflows, Reports, data Imports, Integrations, scripting, custom application development.
Developing Service Request process flow with respective to User requirements by utilizing Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, Notifications.
Develop reusable utilities to maintain low-code.
Develop Service Portal according the user requirements for custom application utilizing ServiceNow Platform tools/modules.

Responsible for developing the ServiceNow applications which includes automation of processes, customizations, Integrations (SOAP/REST), scheduled events, Server-side/Client-side scripting, AngularJS to meet the Business requirements.

Create and maintain system technical design and specifications documentation.
Setup report using advance report and performance analytics module in ServiceNow Platform.

Must analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmapPerforms system and integration testing by providing test data for respective scenarios developed.

Providing support to Analysts on the technical feasibilities or data.

Qualifications


Experience and Education QualificationsMust have 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow DeveloperMinimum Bachelor's or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science or additional 5 years of related experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Bootstrap and good web design practices.
Strong Experience in Glide Script, Rest, SOAP WebservicesKnowledge on Active Directory & SSO Multi Factor AuthenticationKnowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systemsProven track record in ITSM, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, Service Portal technologiesStrong understanding of ITIL framework and processing (Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management)Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organizationAbility to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to successfully design, develop, and support web-based applications and websitesAbility to work on multiple overlapping projectsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionLicenses and CertificationsServiceNow Admin and Developer certification preferred but not required
