Job Description

  • What you get to do in this role:

Demo Development:

  • Work closely with product managers, CSM solution architects, developers, and sales operations teams to fully understand the capabilities of our ServiceNow CSM and Sales & Order Management products.
  • Create engaging software demos that showcase the features of the platform in customer service management, sales automation, order management, and more.
  • Customize demos to address specific pain points and use cases in different industries and sales scenarios.
  • Develop tools to simplify demo configurations for the sales team.

Technical Expertise:

  • Build a strong knowledge of the technical architecture of the ServiceNow CSM platform, focusing on sales and order management modules.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across ServiceNow's products, especially in sales and order management integrations.
  • Provide guidance to the Sales team in creating custom sales and order management demonstrations.

Live Presentations:

  • Conduct interactive software demos and workshops for sales teams and customers.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of using ServiceNow for customer service and sales/order management.

Feedback and Improvement:

  • Collect feedback from sales teams and customers to enhance the quality of demos.
  • Refine demo content based on feedback and industry trends to stay cutting-edge.

Market Awareness:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors in customer service, sales, and order management.
  • Use this knowledge to improve the quality of your demonstrations.
Qualifications
  • To be successful in this role you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in software development, focusing on ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools and integration methods.
  • Strong experience in software demonstrations and technical sales engineering.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
