Senior Manager, Workday Security Administrator(Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Workday Security Administrator to join our team. The Senior Manager, Workday Security Administrator will be responsible for managing user access, roles, and permissions within the Workday system to ensure the security and integrity of our HR and finance data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday security concepts and best practices, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Manage user access and security roles within the Workday system Work closely with stakeholders to understand security requirements and translate them into system configurations Develop and maintain security policies and procedures for the Workday system Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements Troubleshoot security-related issues and provide timely resolution Stay informed about Workday updates and new features related to security, and recommend best practices for implementation Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement changes and enhancements to security configurations Provide training and support to end users on security-related topicsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirementsExperience:
8-10 years of experience working with Workday security administration Workday Security Certification preferred 5-7 years of experience with Workday security concepts, including roles, permissions, and security groups 5-7 years of experience developing and maintaining security policies and procedures Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment#LI Remote
