Job Description:

  • Join us as an Adobe Analytics Implementation and Reporting specialist and leverage your expertise to deliver comprehensive Adobe Analytics Solutions to clients.
  • Utilize Adobe Launch to implement measurement strategies and develop impactful reporting dashboards within the AA workspace, offering valuable customer insights.
  • Experience with other Tag management solutions like Tealium, Ensighten, or Google Tag Manager is a definite plus.
  • Oversee the deployment and upkeep of various tools including Adobe Analytics (known as Site Catalyst or Omniture), Google Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target.
  • Carry out Adobe Analytics, Launch, and Target administrative tasks.
  • Handle tasks such as report suites setup, data configuration, collection setup, and data warehouse and data feeds setup.
  • Develop SDR and BRD references, implementation plans, design data layers, and estimates for clients in your designated area.
  • Comprehend the crucial implementation principles necessary for accurate customer journey data in Adobe Analytics.
  • Create segments, calculated metrics, and address business requirements to streamline analytics triggers.
  • Review and optimize the current Analytics strategy as required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and draft precise requirements for implementation.
  • Contribute to delivering seamless implementation and reporting for Adobe Analytics projects within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Participate in formulating Digital Marketing Analytics strategies, including website strategies and leveraging tools like Adobe Analytics.
  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and shaping client business requirements, defining key performance indicators, and identifying functional and technical requirements.
  • Serve as a primary technical support contact for internal users of Tag Management System and Digital Analytics Platform, providing troubleshooting assistance and liaising with Vendor Support teams when needed.
  • Support client developers and third parties throughout the implementation process to ensure a smooth and collaborative execution.
  • Experience in mobile app Analytics tagging implementation and tracking using solutions like Kochava, Appsflyer, or adjust.
  • Proficiency in Web Debugging Proxy and Troubleshooting Solutions for Mobile App analytics testing.
  • Work on Mobile App reporting setup in Adobe Analytics, covering Lifecycle components, Location Tracking, and Background Hit reporting.
  • Familiarity with diverse industries such as Banking, Retail, and ecommerce.
  • Understanding of Data regulations & consent-based marketing principles like GDPR, CCPA.
  • Design and generate reports using tableau Power BI or Excel dashboards is a bonus.
  • Capable of collecting, organizing, analyzing extensive data sets and employing BI methodologies for data transformation and visualization.
