Due to the continued growth of JLL's business in Asia Pacific, we are seeking a talented Recruiter to work directly with our Early Career and Full-Time recruiting teams. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a passion for junior level hiring. The right candidate for this role is interested in an internal search role where you interface directly with internal leaders and external university partners and see yourself as part of a global team.
A passion for talent
This role is critical to the future success of the business and we are looking for someone who has passion for identifying top talent throughout the region. You'll know how to employ traditional, creative and innovative sourcing strategies to play a lead role in our strategic recruiting efforts. You understand the importance of hiring junior hires and the role they play in growing the organization.
Building out the network
The ability to map, pipeline and cultivate relationships with universities across the region is an absolute must for this role. Not just content with filling open roles, you will build out a talent growth strategy to share and discuss with leadership making sure we stay ahead in our need for top talent and keep track of industry movers and shakers.
A problem solver and team player
You will act as a Brand Ambassador for JLL with early career talent. You'll be a person who collaborates with others regardless of role, business unit or location. We go the extra mile in working as One JLL to help achieve our ambitions and those of our clients.
Data driven
The right candidate for this role is someone who seeks to understand internal and external data sources and how we can best use those data points to drive our business forward. From understanding the expectations and needs of the early career talent pool, this position will utilize data to position the firm at an advantageous point to win talent.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions to ensure consistent and meaningful engagement throughout the year. This includes organizing career fairs, informational sessions, workshops, and other events to promote JLL as an employer of choice. Work closely with marketing and communications teams to enhance JLL's brand visibility and positioning among early career talent. Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and digital strategies to attract top candidates. Streamline the recruitment process for early career positions, ensuring a standardized and efficient approach. This involves evaluating and implementing best practices, leveraging technology solutions, and establishing a consistent candidate experience. Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to effectively benchmark salaries for early career positions to ensure competitive compensation packages that attract and retain high-quality recruits. Oversee the end-to-end management of early careers programs, including internships, graduate trainee programs, and apprenticeships. Ensure seamless onboarding experiences, ongoing support, and professional development opportunities for early career hires. Compliance with Apprenticeship Program: Ensure compliance with the requirement to hire 2.5% of the headcount through the apprenticeship program. Partner with relevant stakeholders and departments to identify suitable apprenticeship opportunities and facilitate their recruitment and integration. Collaborate with diversity and inclusion teams to incorporate and promote diversity initiatives within the early careers' strategy. Implement strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds and ensure fair and inclusive recruitment practices. Establish robust metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, candidate conversion rates, and overall early career recruitment outcomes. Generate regular reports and insights to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.Location:
