4. Internship and Placement Coordination:

Analyze data to improve services and report on the effectiveness of the career development initiatives.

6. Team Management and Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of career counselors and administrative staff.

Ensure the professional development of team members through training and workshops.

7. Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with faculty, parents, and students to communicate the value of career development services.

Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment with industry trends and employability skills.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Career Counseling, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in career counseling, placement coordination, or a related role in an educational or corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of the job market, industry requirements, and higher education landscape.
  • Good corporate connects in NCR / PAN India.
  • Having strong liaison with the recruiters hiring law, physiotherapy, B. Ed, mass communication graduates etc. will be a big advantage. Others are most welcome to apply too.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in the use of career development software and data analysis tools.
