What do we do:
We simplify, streamline, and automate controls—strengthening our ability to prevent issues.

Control Testing Automation Team automates manual testing through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology.

Through automation we identify control, testing gaps and provide the evidence to Business/Risk teams to mitigate any type of risk like Regulatory/AML/KYC/Sanctions/Anti Bribery/Sales Practice/Reputational/Fraud and Theft.


Expertise Required:


Analytical SkillsIntermediate knowledge in Data analysis & Data patternsSkillful in transforming data sets and performing quantitative & qualitative analysisKnowledge on data manipulation and problem solving to effectively work with large datasets and drive actionable conclusions.

Tools and PlatformsHands-on experience in SAS, SQL and Shell scriptKnowledge on schedulers (Autosys/LSF)


Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBAFamiliarity with any version control tool, preferably Bitbucket– Experience one of the below technologies.

SAS on MainframePython KnowledgeWorkflow management tools like Jira, Confluence etc.

Domain SkillsGood understanding ofBanking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)Functional Skills- Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit ProcessSoft SkillsShould have good communication and inter-personal skills.

Mentoring junior members in the teamAbility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.
Proactive approach in solving problems and eye for details.

A strong team playerBasic QualificationsMaster's degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute.

BTech/B. E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications.
Postgraduate in – Masters in computers- 8 years of hands-on experience in Development/Production Support – identifying production failures and fixing issues towards resolution involving codes in SAS & SQL environment Job Family Group:
