Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 010 Years of Experience as a Business Development Executive or Manager in IT Sales.
  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels. Utilize your industry knowledge to identify potential opportunities and partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of new market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies, implement this knowledge to develop strategic business plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, address concerns and ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Oversee endtoend sales activities, from prospecting to closing deals. Ensure a smooth and efficient sales process that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance and achievements.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives. Provide guidance, support and motivation to ensure the team's success.
  • Mentor and guide the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
