Create and maintain relationships with the customer base by ensuring continuous interaction.

  • Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by ongoing monitoring and required improvements.
  • Coordinating with internal as well as external partners.
  • Responsible for demand generation, and sales order generation.
  • Managing client services after a booking up until the delivery or possession stage.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to client issues.
  • Keeping clients informed about the latest products.
  • Assist in making strategic plans.
  • Understanding the demands of each customer.
  • Monitor client feedback and reviews for service improvement.
  • Ensure to maintain accurate customer data, and maintain passwords customerwise.
  • Ensure all data is compiled in MDoc Software.
  • Listening to sales recorded calls to improve sales pitch.
  • Ensure to collect photographs after giving the welcome kit to the customers.
  • Monitor if the booking form is completed or not.
  • Create a report format, and randomly call inquiries.
  • Maintain a monthly record of dues pending, and collection done.
  • Should have strong knowledge of MDoc Software.
  • Good communication skills.

Salary:
₹35,000.00 per month
