We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, transferring them to appropriate team members or taking detailed messages.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating office events and client meetings.
  • Capture and update client and project information in CRM and other systems.
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
