JOB DESCRIPTION

This role will join the ServiceNow Platform team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in ServiceNow development and platform service management practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to our ServiceNow instances, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and business processes. We are looking for a team member who is innovative, eager, driven and motivated to rise to the challenges of a continuously evolving technological industry, and who wants to make an impact on the user experience of the businesses globally.

What You Will Do:


• Perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform including midservers and integration points


• Work directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve support issues


• Review and provide ample feedback on documented business requirements to be able to fulfill acceptance criterias


• Develop clear and concise technical and process documentations


• Develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications with possible integration with other programs


• Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, support users and build enhancements for applications built in the platform


• Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.


• Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.


• Ensure that the application and enhancements behave as designed by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process.

Minimum Requirements:


• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field


• 2-4 years IT work experience


• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably with more than 1 product expertise such as HRSD, CSM, ITSM, SPM & ITOM


• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML with hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and development


• Working experience with forms, fields, view, client scripts, UI policy and actions
• Familiarity working in an Agile environment with focus in SCRUM methodologies.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective ServiceNow solutions


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with API Integrations with other systems
• Experience with the configuration of the platform portals and service catalogs across products


• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)


• Ability to work independently or with team


• Demonstrate strong initiative and self-starter Preferred Requirements:


• ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer


• ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM/CSM/HR
