INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE - 0-1year experience

As a inside sales executive your responsibilities will be:
A

Market Research:

Conduct thorough global market research in IT services industry to understand industry trends, emerging technologies, cultural nuances, competitor landscapes, and potential opportunities.

Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry to engage in informed conversations with prospects.

One should know to utilize various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry forums, to identify and qualify leads.

Cold Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce the company's products/services and assess their needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.

Qualification of leads:
Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of the prospect's business needs. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Track progress, document conversations, and ensure data integrity.

Follow-up and Nurturing:
Implement follow-up strategies to maintain engagement with potential clients. Build and nurture relationships over time, understanding the prospect's timeline and needs.

Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to align on target accounts, messaging, and strategies. Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales pipeline.

**As an Inside Sales Executive, the required qualifications and skills are: - **
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing.
Knowledge of international IT trends, technologies, and client expectations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge on CRM systems and sales tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Resilience and persistence in dealing with rejection.

Effective cold calling and phone communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data.

Adaptability and ability to quickly learn and understand new industries.

Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Knowledge of basic sales principles and techniques.
