Admin Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience with highlevel CRM software preferred
  • Proficient with Google sheets and Microsoft Office Suite/related software.
  • 2+ years' business administration and Sales Inventory management experience required
  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities
  • Ability to maintain workflow in a fastpaced environment
  • Willing to work with all levels of internal management and utilize internal resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Maintaining internal databases
  • Problemsolving attitude with an eye for detail
  • Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
  • Create and present reports for senior managers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Salary:
Up to ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
