Job Role:


Are you passionate about creating engaging video content that sparks conversations and drives trends on Instagram? UrbanGabru & UrbanYog, a vibrant brand in the beauty and lifestyle realm, is seeking a skilled Content Strategist to join our Pune team and revolutionize our Instagram Reels presence.


Responsibilities:

  • Keep a finger on the pulse of content trends, social media dynamics, and the ever-evolving beauty/lifestyle landscape to ensure our content remains fresh, relatable, and resonant with our audience.2. Conceptualize and execute innovative content strategies tailored specifically for Instagram Reels and YouTube, and other emerging platforms, leveraging the latest features and formats to captivate our audience.3. Stay updated on industry shifts, new technologies, and advertising best practices to continuously refine our approach and maximize our impact.4. Take charge of our Instagram accounts, curating visually stunning and share-worthy content that embodies our brand ethos and fosters community engagement.5. Develop and implement growth strategies to enhance follower interaction and expand our audience reach, driving organic traction and fostering brand advocacy.6. Demonstrate a keen creative vision and strategic acumen, applying insights into brand advertising and consumer behavior to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.7. Collaborate closely with the influencer marketing team to identify opportunities for collaboration, leveraging influencers to amplify our content and reach new audiences effectively

Requirements:
1. 6 months to 3 years of experience in creating viral content specifically for Instagram Reels and YouTube2. Profound understanding of social media trends, with a knack for swiftly adapting to emerging formats and audience preferences.3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.4.

Prior experience in content creation within the beauty/lifestyle industry is advantageous, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of audience interests and preferences.5.

Willingness to contribute to content creation efforts across various platforms and formats, supporting the broader content strategy.6.

Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics across social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter and Youtube, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
