The role is in the commercial department responsible for Salesforce Effectiveness & Business Closure analytics

Specific requirements for this role
Experience
Candidate should have 5 to 7 years overall experience in Salesforce ecosystem. Exposure to pharmaceutical or related industry is an added advantage.
Technical/functional skills
Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other related CRM Tools
Deep understanding of CRM Sales and Quote to Cash processes
Hands-on experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) & providing confirmations on deployment of new changes to the production environment
Hands-on experience with Salesforce reports & dashboards, and other Sales Analytics technologies
Robust analytics and presentation skills with excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong influencing skills with experience getting things done through others
Ability to work collaboratively across organizational lines
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Education
MBA with a Life Sciences background is preferable. However, if you are qualified with relevant Salesforce certifications (Business analyst, administration, developer) and working experience but not an MBA, please don't hesitate to apply for this position
