Position Summary


As a skilled Video Producer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all video content for different marketing channels and handling video projects from inception to completion You will also be responsible for planning and organizing the shoots and seeing them through.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure deliverables meet brand expectations and represent the company appropriately.
  • Work independently on multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients to develop a wide range of video materials and communication assets.
  • Identify and address flaws in existing processes to improve the quality and effectiveness of video content.
  • Update and maintain internal databases of videos for easy accessibility and reference.
  • Develop and execute the visual style and aesthetic of the project, ensuring consistency and coherence throughout shooting and editing.
  • Utilize your expertise in camera operation, selecting the appropriate equipment and settings for capturing highquality footage.
  • Plan and execute shooting schedules, considering location, timing, and equipment requirements.
  • Coordinate the team and other personnel during shoots to ensure smooth operations and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Manage and maintain equipment for optimal performance.
  • Good knowledge of lighting techniques.
  • Shoot, edit and interpret footage to create compelling content, including ads, motion graphics, brand communications, and marketing materials.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Video producer
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator with shooting and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in cameras, lenses, and video editing softwares.
  • Creative mindset, strong technical editing skills, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with premiere pro, after effects, photoshop and blender or equal softwares.
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and visual storytelling.
