We're looking for a Video Producer to handle the full production process, from concept development to post-production. Responsibilities include location scouting, managing talent, and overseeing the crew. Post-production tasks include editing, adding captions, graphics, and effects. You'll manage multiple projects, maintain quality standards, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance our video content.

Role Description

Pre-production
Understanding the briefs to develop video concepts and storyboards.
Plan, direct, film and execute high-quality video shoots for ad videos, commercials, Instagram reel videos and other projects.
Location scouting, talent coordination, operating cameras and other filming equipment to capture professional-grade footage.
Discussing ideas with the Creative team prior to filming.
Providing an estimated filming budget.

Production
Ensuring filming in proper lighting and audio clarity with perfect lens choice.
Direct and shoot video content, ensuring the visual style and tone are consistent with project requirements.
Manage all aspects of the shoot, including location scouting, set design, and coordinating with talent and crew.

Post-production
Editing videos both in the long & short format for Freed using industry standard software.
Providing creative direction and feedback when inserting captions, graphics, special effects and video texts especially for advertising product to enhance the videos.
Collaborate with directors and creative teams to develop visual concepts and lighting schemes.

Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Maintain organized records of footage and project files for easy access and future use.

Quality Assurance
Ensure all video content meets high standards of quality, including technical aspects and creative execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve video production techniques.

Role requirements:
4-5 years of professional experience as a Videographer or similar role.
Proficiency in video editing software and familiarity with motion graphics tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
A creative eye for detail and storytelling, with a portfolio demonstrating your work.
Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques for various platforms.
Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Google ad platforms.
Knowledge of color correction and sound design.
MUST HAVE : Planned & shot video ad.
Degree or diploma in any subject
A certificate course in Videography or Cinematography is preferred
Familiarity with different cameras like digital cameras, professional-grade cameras and digital camcorders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of different motion picture techniques
Basic knowledge of production modes like doing a single camera setup and adjusting camera’s white balance
