The Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Shopify Developer to join our team.

As a Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining Shopify stores to meet our clients' unique needs and requirements.

You will work closely with our design and development teams to deliver high-quality ecommerce solutions that exceed client expectations and drive business success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom Shopify themes and templates based on client requirements and design specifications.
  • Customize Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid language to create unique and engaging online shopping experiences.
  • Integrate third-party apps and plugins to enhance store functionality and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with designers and front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of design assets and user interface elements.
  • Optimize store performance for speed and security.
  • Implement best practices for e-commerce website development, including mobile responsiveness, page speed optimization, and SEO optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure smooth operation of Shopify stores.
  • Stay updated on the latest Shopify updates, features, and trends, and leverage them to improve store performance and functionality.
  • Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain well-documented and maintainable code.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Shopify development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful Shopify projects.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid language.
  • Experience with Shopify theme development, customization, and app integration.
  • Experience with integrating payment gateways and shipping solutions.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git would be an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients.
