Responsibilities :

As our Performance Marketing Associates, you will:

  • Craft and launch killer Meta ad campaigns to boost our Shopify store.
  • Achieve jawdropping ROAS with a minimum target of 4x.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance daily for stellar results.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with industry trends, algorithms, and emerging best practices.
  • Collaborate with our creative and analytics squads to crush campaign goals.

Qualifications :

To slay this role, you need:

  • Proven experience in rocking both Meta Ads campaigns.
  • A stellar track record of delivering high ROAS for e Commerce businesses.
  • Deep expertise in Meta and Google Ad platforms.
  • Mad skills in data analytics and a resultsdriven mindset.
  • The ability to thrive in a fastpaced, everevolving digital marketing arena.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork chops.
  • Meta Ads certifications are a huge plus.
