About The Job RoleGainsight is building a world-class team of Engineers with a mandate to architect, design, build, scale, and maintain our cutting-edge customer intelligence repository and to apply 'predictive analytics' techniques to mine the data and discover data patterns & drive insights.

QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For4-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, andtroubleshooting Workday HRIS across various modulesWillingness to acquire technical knowledge and perform Workday configurationTechnical Knowledge:

Should have hands on experience on Workday EIB and Business processdesign and configuration

Hands on experience configuring in Workday Modules like HCM, Absence,Recruitment, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking and SecurityAdministration

Create functional designs, and process designs (including scenario design,and flow mapping)


Maintain business process configuration in Workday based on businessrequirements, collaborating with partners to determine best practices andensure transaction effectiveness and audit trails.

Knowledge of calculated fields, transformation, and integration security within Workday.

Experience in setting up Security roles and Integration security roleassignment.

Experience in developing custom reports using Workday Report Writer andother reporting toolsPreferred:Knowledge of Workday Extend is an added advantage

Functional Knowledge:
Expertise in configuring Workday with minimal direction, while being thetechnical lead on People Technology projects.
Excellent prioritization, analytical, and collaboration skills with meticulousattention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports and queries – both standardand customTroubleshoot Workday configuration and reporting issues to identify and fixroot causesCertifications:
Workday PRO-HCM Certification is highly desirable

ResponsibilitiesWillingness to acquire technical knowledge and perform Workday configuration
