Hiring International Voice Process - Technical/Customer Support
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues.
You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams.
Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.

Responsibilities

Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to network Devices
Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer
Candidate should be flexible with 24/7
Candidate should be excellent in English communication
Any experience who are willing to work with technical process can also apply
Experience with technical voice will be preferable
International voice experience will be more preferable

Required Candidate profile

Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls.
Will coordinate international clients for troubleshooting technical issues.
Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer.
Qualification must be 10+12+UG/PG with experience can be require
Maximum salary bandwidth is 4 LPA

Shift time - US shift (5.30 PM to 9.30 AM within any 9 hours of working inclusive with 1 hour break)

Cab facility - 2 Ways will be provided within 30km radius from Ambattur.
(it's completely work from office)

Excellent in English is mandatory
