JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (F&B application specialists & engineering specialists, to analyze F&B customer data and identify areas for improvement in areas like sanitation, hygiene, and water usage. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for F&B customers, considering factors like cost optimization, sustainability targets, and regulatory compliance. Partner with Ecolab sales and service teams to implement data-driven solutions for F&B customers, ensuring successful adoption of Ecolab's connected chemistries and digital platforms. Provide technical support to F&B customers on Ecolab's digital tools and connected equipment, ensuring optimal performance and data collection. Stay current on industry trends and innovations in F&B sanitation, hygiene, and sustainability practices. Provide support to digital deployment teams of Ecolab Global F&B at different stages of implementation. Run deployment validation for installed sites and Need to visit food manufacturing plants for support and surveys. Also open to work in different time zones to collaborate with stakeholders from different countries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Food/Mechanical/Chemical/Automation Engineering. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical role within the F&B industry. Preferably Dairy, Beverage or Brewing. Operational experience with food hygiene and food safety-based programs involving HACCP or other appropriate risk management systems. Strong understanding of F&B sanitation, hygiene, and water treatment principles. Basic understanding of F&B engineering and hygienic design requirements. Experience working with data analysis tools and comfortable working in a data-driven environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for customers. Ability to plan, execute, and manage projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner. Experience with Power BI and Python a further advantage.
