JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time role for an IT Infra Sales Manager at Netspace Infosolutions Private Limited. As an IT Infra Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and driving sales in the field of information technology. Your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying potential clients, understanding their IT infrastructure needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals. This is an on-site role located in Pune, India.

  • v Find prospects and leads, actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • v Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists
  • v Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • v Set up meetings with potential clients to negotiate and close deals
  • v Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services
  • v Report to sales manager about goals, sales, and prospects
  • v Handle client complaints or concerns
  • v Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company
  • v Learn details about our products and services
  • v Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
  • v Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
  • v Up-sell when appropriate
  • v Follow up with hot
  • v Identify buyer persona profiles
  • v Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives
  • v Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
  • v Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiency
  • v Identify most important sales KPIs
  • v Track and monitor your work
  • v Prepare and present reports when needed
  • v Attend sales educational events and seminars
  • v Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
  • v Report to management team

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, with experience in IT sales and account management
  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales deals
  • Sound knowledge of information technology, Hardware and Networking and its applications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Experience in managing IT infrastructure projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
