Role:
Field Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales)

General Summary of the Role:

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct costbenefit and need analysis of current and potential customers to meet their requirements.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with business clients and customers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the specified schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Travel throughout the territory to engage in outdoor sales and visit customers on a recurring basis
  • Analyze the market potential within the territory, track sales, and prepare status reports.
  • Provide management with detailed reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
  • Stay updated with best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Marathi language is required.
  • Ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
