KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Procurement Management
:
Coordinate and assist procurement team with Technical and Commercial inputs in budgeting, tendering, vendor evaluation and vendor finalization.
Construction
Management:
C
oordinate and ensure implementation of Civil & Building works with compliance to the Design and requirements of the clientele; with ZERO INCIDENT policy in HSE & QA/QC practices; Deploy appropriate Construction methodology.
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Interact with stake holders of the projects to understand their requirements and educate them on particular systems.
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Interacts with other departments & Airport teams for efficient coordination of worksFINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
CAPEX works of up to Rs Cr / yearOTHER DIMENSIONS
Number of Major projects packages to be handled / managed (All Civil, Structural, Interior & MEP packages) for building ProjectsAll interior Works packagesAll Improvement works and Refurbishments worksNumber of Contract labor to be handled (all structure / civil finishes packages labour)EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
BTech/BE (Civil). Construction Management qualification will be an advantage.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Job profile requires Minimum of 14 to 15 Years of
relevant and Total 20 + years of
total experience in Project Execution & ManagementFamiliarity in the use of project management tools, methods, processes and techniques.
Knowledge on MS Project / BIM etc
