Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and Greet:
Warmly welcome visitors and clients upon arrival. Assist in creating
a positive and friendly environment for all individuals entering the premises. Visitor
Assistance:
Provide information about the company, its products, and services. Direct
visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Appointment Coordination:
Manage and coordinate appointments for clients and
visitors. Notify relevant employees about scheduled appointments.
Telephone Reception:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel. Assist with general
inquiries and provide basic information.
Administrative Support:
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing,
and office organization. Support other departments as needed.
Security Procedures:
Enforce security procedures by verifying the identity of visitors.
Monitor access to the premises and Collect visitors Data
Maintain Reception Area:
Ensure
the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Manage and distribute incoming mail
and packages.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Basic organizational and administrative skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Working Conditions:
This position involves standing for extended periods. May require occasional lifting or
moving of light objects.
Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
