  • Oversee factory (Battery Energy Storage Container integration facility) operations & ensure maximum utilization with customer orders.

  • Network with Operation Heads for implementation of BESS projects
  • Gather information of industry best practices and dovetail such practices in the delivery of projects and products to customers.

  • Proven working experience as a business development lead, operations lead or a relevant role
  • Adherence to Internal Process Controls and governance

  • Proven sales/BD/operations track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and allied software.
