HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
Conduct interviews and collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Promote a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts when necessary.
3. Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Monitor and manage employee performance and growth.
4. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
Promote continuous learning and skill development within the organization.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
7. Data Management:
Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files.
Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
8. Health and Safety:
Promote workplace safety and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Handle workers' compensation claims and safety-related matters.
**Qualifications:**
-Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR functions or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Adaptability and a willingness to stay updated on HR trends.
