AdminActivities:
Manageoverall office administration including coordinating with serviceproviders for AMC renewals and ensuring timely provision of officesupplies and maintenance.
Supervise thedispatch of documents through the front desk and overseeadministrative duties performed by junior adminstaff.
Empower and manage office assistantteams to optimize efficiency andeffectiveness.
Work towards reducingadministrative costs acrossdepartments.
Organize and manage employeeengagement events and celebrationactivities.
Qualifications:
Graduatewith a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or relatedfield.
Knowledge of employmentrelated lawsregulations and HR bestpractices.
Proficiency in HR systems anddatabases with experience in Tally/SAP being anadvantage.
Proven working experience as an HRExecutive with a peopleoriented and resultsdrivenapproach.
Excellent English verbal andwritten communication skills along with good interpersonalnegotiation and conflict resolutionabilities.
Strong organizational skillsattention to detail analytical thinking and problemsolvingabilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks anddelegate effectively when necessary.
