What You will do Everyday?
We are currently looking for Manager - Commercial Applications, who will be responsible for

leading the Functional & Business Application team under Commercial Applications vertical

within KDSI.

Commercial Applications functionally maps to the Commercial Application department within

Salesforce, Celonis, Concur and the Business Technology Platforms.

The position will be responsible to build and mentor the team in KDSI to directly contribute

towards the deliveries for the group.

  • Lead a team of SAP functional experts, guide the SAP solution and functional architecture design, and improve processes, systems, and people capabilities working in close collaboration with the roadmap for Krones AG.
  • Develop both short
- and long-term service and process goals and maturity levels to be achieved over the time and create a roadmap for the team in KDSI.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend system designs that meet business requirements and SAP design guidelines.
  • Analyze crossprocess integrations and recommend solution designs that align to architecture best practices and enable the team to deliver on the same.
  • Recommend methodology to ensure consistency, quality, and reliability in solution development and establish measurements and reviews for all deliverables.
  • Provide direction and support to the workstreams whilst building teams to ensure critical design decisions are adhered to.
  • Direct enhancements and optimizations, leveraging future SAP upgrades and new features to avoid customization.
  • Create report for comprehensive set of metrics and KPIs based on the IT service deliverables and agreements.
  • Actively build, guide and mentor the teams towards higher performance, productivity, and innovation.

Your Superpowers

Experience:

  • Industry Experience of 1214years in SAP Functional, Business & Delivery Management
  • Min. 2 years' experience in building, managing & leading team.

Must have:

  • Indepth understanding of business processes and functional capabilities with ERP implementations for a Manufacturing Industry.
  • Must have been involved in creating strategic roadmaps for SAP implementations & migrations for organizations in a distributed global set up, experience working in complex, multirelease SAP implementations.
  • Advanced knowledge of establishing KPIs for review of Delivery, Quality & Change Management in a global set up.
  • Ability to own and lead the execution of the process development and roadmap for multiple business processes.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple cross divisional work processes and projects.

Process and Domain Experience:

  • ERP Implementation in a Manufacturing Industry set up.
  • Agile delivery & Implementation expertise in SAP S/4HANA landscape.
  • Functional Expertise in Modules SD, MM, FICO, PP in particular.
  • Solid Experience in SAP Business Technology Platform.
  • Proven expertise in Cloud Platforms and Migrations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Celonis, Concur will be a plus.
