Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team in multiple locations across India, including Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of hands-on experience with core .NET technologies and ASP.NET 4.5, demonstrating a strong ability to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web applications.


Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using .NET technologies, specifically ASP.NET 4.5.

System Architecture:
Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of scalable, robust, and secure web applications

Code Optimization:
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, and perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

Testing:
Develop and execute unit tests and participate in integration and system testing

Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of application designs, code, and processes

Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application functionality, performance, and integration

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions

Mentorship:
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance in best practices, coding standards, and technical skills development

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into the development process

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:
6-8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies and ASP.NET 4.5.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ASP.NET 4.5, C#, and .NET Framework.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with SQL Server and database design.
Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Team Player:
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
Experience with .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines.
