We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Dot Net Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team.

As the Lead Dot Net Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, while ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers in creating scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
  • Design, develop, and enhance complex applications using the .NET framework, C#, and other related technologies.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
  • Conduct code reviews to identify potential issues and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including project managers, testers, and designers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging technologies, trends, and techniques to continually improve software development processes and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members, fostering their growth and ensuring their professional development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of handson experience in software development using the .NET framework and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of objectoriented principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern libraries/frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
  • Deep knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Passion for staying abreast of new technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSD, MCPD) or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and related services.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for automated deployment and continuous integration (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).
