Resillion is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Manager who is hands-on technical and capable of managing multiple projects of various testing types.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling automation projects end-to-end and possess strong people management and communication skills.

This role requires the ability to adapt to project demands, propose and implement new ideas towards project deliveries, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead multiple testing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Oversee automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet the required standards.
Handle various types of testing projects, including functional, non-functional, performance, security, and regression testing.
Provide strong leadership and people management, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Adapt to project demands, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving skills.
Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance project deliveries and testing processes.
Coach and mentor team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise project updates and reports.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Test Manager, handling automation projects end-to-end.
Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in automation testing tools and frameworks.
Excellent people management skills with a track record of leading and motivating teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Demonstrated ability to propose and implement new ideas and innovations.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exposure to working in a global organization and managing cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Knowledge or skills in AI automation.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
