The Oracle Incentive Compensation Developerplays a crucial role in designing developing and maintaining theOracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) solution for the organization.This role is vital in ensuring accurate and efficient incentivecompensation management aligning with business objectives anddriving sales performance.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Design build andconfigure Incentive Compensation Plans Plan Components PerformanceMeasures and Rate Tables to meet BusinessRequirements.
  • Understand Classification RulesAssignment Rules Credit Rules Configuring Incentive FormulasFlexfields Web Services and Setups.
  • Strongknowledge of Import Management related to Users Transactions Rulesand Goals.
  • To Work on enhancements to meetbusiness process and application requirements for Oracle IncentiveCompensation Cloud Solution.
  • Strong knowledgeand understanding of credit rules classification &customization with Oracle Incentive CompensationCloud.
  • Ability to modify and create Reports andDashboards using OTBI and DataModels.
  • Proficient in understanding businessrequirements and working with the IT team on strategizing forOracle Incentive Compensation CloudSolutions.
  • Set up document and test the OracleIncentive Compensation Cloud system including upgrades; understandand apply Oracle methodologies
  • Experience inAgile scrum prioritization and developmentprocess.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto identify and develop optimal Sales Compensation solutions tomeet business needs
  • Ability to troubleshootissues with Incentive Compensation Solutions andprocesses.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
  • Minimum 5 years experience inimplementing Oracle Incentive CompensationSolutions
  • Experience soliciting gathering andanalyzing user input andrequirements
  • Experience with Atlassian SoftwareSuite (Jira Confluence)
  • Experience in WebServices (JSON REST or SOAP API s)
  • Experiencein Oracle DB SQL PL/SQL
  • Handson experienceconfiguring Oracle Incentive CompensationSolutions.
  • Proven ability to leverageanalytical and problemsolving skills in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Strong presentation communication(written and verbal) skills and interpersonalskills
  • Ability to juggle and prioritizemultiple tasks within a collaborative teamenvironment
  • Demonstrates flexibility andwillingness to do what it takes to get the jobdone
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow bothtechnical and functional skillsets
