We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Trading Saleswoman to join our dynamic team who has a strong communication skill.

As a Trading Saleswoman, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our trading business.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients over the phone, understand their requirements, and ultimately close lucrative trading opportunities.


Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in a professional and courteous manner. Act as the first point of contact, introducing our trading services and fostering a positive impression of the company.

Requirement Analysis: Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to comprehend their trading needs, financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences. Listen attentively and ask relevant questions to gather essential information.

Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of our trading products and services. Articulate product features, benefits, and key differentiators to clients, effectively conveying the value proposition.

Tailored Solutions: Utilize your understanding of clients' needs to recommend tailored trading solutions that align with their financial objectives. Offer expert guidance on trading strategies, products, and market trends.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and personalized attention. Regularly follow up on inquiries and provide updates to build trust and rapport.

Sales Closing: Demonstrate strong sales acumen to persuade and close trading opportunities. Handle objections effectively and use persuasive techniques to encourage clients to make well-informed trading decisions.

Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Demonstrate determination and drive to achieve outstanding results.

Market Research: Stay updated with financial markets, economic trends, and industry developments. Utilize this knowledge to engage clients and provide valuable insights.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales progress using our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Experience of at least 3+ years in cold calling
  • Proven experience in sales or tradingrelated roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural flair for building rapport with clients.
  • Indepth knowledge of financial markets, trading products, and investment strategies.
  • Ability to understand and assess clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsoriented approach to work.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month

Day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Shift:

  • Day shift
  • UK shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

  • No travel
