Overview:
FBSPL is looking for 20 detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Associates to be part of our team in Udaipur. If you have a solid background in insurance operations for personal lines, especially in a BPO environment focusing on the USA market, then you might be the one we're looking for. This role demands your presence in our Udaipur office every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling policy setup, updates, cancellations, and reinstatements.
- Managing and processing quotes for different insurance categories, ensuring precision and thoroughness.
- Assisting in the initial processing of claims by collecting essential information and liaising with adjustors.
Requirements:
To qualify:
- You must reside in Udaipur, India.
- You should have at least 2 years of experience in an insurance-oriented BPO firm, particularly serving the USA market in managing personal lines insurance operations.
- Proficiency in Agency Management Systems and carrier platforms is a must.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities to handle numerous tasks effectively are essential.
