The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing world-class digital experience solutions for our clients.
To the team of developers you will provide technical leadership and guidance as well as mentoring and care about their developemont opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with a product manager and stakeholders to understand their needs and problems and provide innovative solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.

Lead the development and customization of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations, leveraging your strong technical expertise in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, SEO, editors, UX designers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure smooth project execution.
Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by knowing the latest Adobe DX technologies and solutions through internally and externally available learning opportunities.
Together with a Ways of Working coach finetune the development processes.

What you will need for the role+ years of experience working in a client-facing development team with strong experience in implementing Content Management Solutions.
Strong experience as a Lead developer or Consultant in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations or other Content Management systems.Extensive hands-on experience in Java development, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience in integrating Content Management System with other systems, such as CRM, DAM, and eCommerce platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer centricity, and ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Adobe certifications in AEM or related technologies are highly desirable but not essential.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strategic ability to define technical direction in the portfolio of products including technical strategies and plans and execution plans.
