At Merilytics, the Business Manager plays a crucial role as the main contact person for clients. This individual comprehends clients' challenges, offers actionable insights, and facilitates decision-making. The manager also interacts with clients daily and supervises project-specific analyst teams.

Roles and Responsibilities :
The responsibilities of a Business Manager include:

  • Establish the problem-solving process to provide actionable insights for complex business issues.
  • Comprehend the business challenges and analytical needs of senior stakeholders, providing robust solutions.
  • Lead an analyst team to extract and analyze data using the best tools for each client problem.
  • Monitor team performance and create development plans.

  • Willingness to travel to clients' locations when necessary.
Pre-requisites and skills required:

  • Undergraduate degree (B.E/B.Tech.) from tier 1/tier 2 colleges preferred
  • MBA degree from top-tier colleges preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Strong leadership and proactive communication skills
  • Excellent business judgement and structured problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in client-facing environments is advantageous
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like R, Python, SQL, and Excel is a plus
