We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our growing team.

You will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights by designing, developing, and deploying robust BI solutions that empower data-driven decision making across the Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a BI Developer or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

Data Warehousing and Integration:

  • Indepth knowledge of data warehouse design principles and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Proficiency in data warehousing platforms like Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Informatica PowerCenter, or similar tools.
  • Experience with data modeling techniques for dimensional modeling and data quality management.

Data Analysis and Visualization:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify insights.
  • Expertise in creating compelling and interactive data visualizations using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  • Understanding of data storytelling principles to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

Database Management:

  • Solid understanding of relational database concepts and proficiency in querying languages like SQL (Structured Query Language).
  • Experience working with various relational database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).

Scripting and Automation:

  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, T-SQL, or Jython for automating data manipulation and ETL tasks.

APIs and Integrations:

  • Experience with integrating BI solutions with other enterprise applications using APIs or web services.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with cloudbased data warehousing solutions (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Snowflake).
  • Familiarity with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) (a plus).
  • Experience with data governance and security best practices.
  • Knowledge of data mining and machine learning concepts (a plus).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
  • Design and develop data warehouse models to support efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Develop and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into the data warehouse.
  • Create and maintain complex data transformations and data cleansing routines.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
  • Implement data security measures and access controls.
  • Automate routine tasks using scripting and automation tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues.
  • Document data models, reports, and ETL processes.
  • Train and support endusers on BI tools and data analysis concepts.
