(People leaving office after 10 pm will get drop till residence)

  • Till CST/ Churchgate

Timings: 7am

  • 1am (9 hours working any shift from this category)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate information.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our mattress products, features, and benefits to provide comprehensive information and recommendations to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Troubleshooting and

Technical Support:
Troubleshoot product-related issues, warranty claims, and technical inquiries to resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Proactive Communication: Reach out to customers regarding order updates, delivery schedules, and potential delays, keeping them informed throughout their buying journey.
  • Escalation Management: Act as a point of escalation for complex or unresolved customer issues, collaborating with relevant departments to find suitable resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Records: Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system to facilitate effective tracking and future reference.
  • Continuously Improve Processes: Provide feedback on customer concerns, common queries, and pain points to contribute to process improvement initiatives and enhance the overall customer service experience.
  • Uphold Company Values: Represent our brand professionally and positively, promoting the company's values, vision, and mission at all times
