CoreFunctional Responsibilities

  • Excellent Customerservice
  • Work with customers tounderstand their needs and recommend the right product
  • Develop strong buying relationshipswith the customers andbuild
  • Interact with customers on a dailybasis
  • Offer assistance and respond toqueries about products and purchases
  • Provide recommendations to thecustomers
  • Promote new products to customers
  • Document sales by updating customerrecords
  • Contributing a vital role in thedevelopment of marketingstrategies.
  • Designing and implementing marketingplans for companyproducts
  • Work towards expanding the productmarket
  • Maintaining clientrelations
  • Creating and Presenting salesperformance reports.

GeneralResponsibilities:
