About Us: We are a rapidly expanding home care agency based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), serving diverse clients across Canada. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to those who need it most. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and creative Content Creator to join our small but dynamic team.

Role Overview: In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our content strategy. You'll create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and help shape our brand voice. As we expand, there's potential for growth within the company, including transitioning to a managerial position.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop eye-catching graphics, write compelling captions, and schedule posts across various platforms.

Idea Workshopping: Collaborate with the team to refine content ideas for organic marketing campaigns.Audience Optimization: Tailor social media posts to resonate with diverse target audiences while maintaining brand consistency.

Social Media Management: Strengthen our online presence by increasing reach, engagement, followers, and subscribers.

Campaign Analysis: Implement and analyze social media campaigns, providing valuable insights and measuring success.

Client and Influencer Communication: Engage with clients and influencers to foster meaningful relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Post-secondary education (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3+ years of equivalent work experience in content creation, graphic design, or social media marketing.

Hard Skills: Proficiency in content creation, Adobe Photoshop, and marketing copywriting.

Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong teamwork, and effective time management.

Bonus Skills:

  • Organic marketing
  • Familiarity with TikTok and YouTube
  • Experience with paid ads (Google, Meta)
  • Knowledge of SEO and Digital Real Estate.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Canva expertise
