Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success strategies
- Lead the customer success team and optimize processes
- Enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Provide insights to shape product and marketing efforts
- Collaborate with other teams to boost ROI
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role, including team management
- Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP or B2B Enterprise software
- Basic understanding of web technologies like HTML, SQL, API, JSON, etc
- Track record of driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth
