Hiring for Consultant/Sr.
Consultant roles

Who is having experience of Minimum 2-9 Yrs are preferred

Required Experience :
SAP experience with SOX Controls/Internal Controls/(Business process Control/BPC) & on OTC/PTP//RTR/Finance and Procurement/Sales & Distribution
experience in SAP business process risk & controls (BPRC) design and testing on large scale SAP implementation projects.
the design, implementation, and testing of business process or Information Technology (IT) controls in an SAP S/4 HANA or ECC environment, including SAP automated, manual, security, and segregation of duty (SOD) controls
Being accountable for end-to-end project delivery, leading client relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and owning project timelines, and resourcing.
Actively coaching and developing the skills of junior team members.
Actively seeking opportunities to demonstrate our best-in-class solutions to clients by presenting solution demos to prospective clients and supporting responses to client RFPs (request for proposals)
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills
Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders and engagements and cross-functional project
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, manage ambiguity, and work independently or as part of a team with professionals at all levels
Preferred skills

Certifications such as:
CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus
SAP Functional Certification would be an added advantage
Strong knowledge of key business processes, inherent risks and potential controls and strong experience in SAP audit

Exposure to SAP GRC 10.x or 12.0 Process Control or Risk Management, SAP Audit Management, SAP Business Integrity Screening (BIS), including master data, workflow and automated control design would be an added advantage.

Exposure to Saa S applications such as Ariba, Success factors would be preferred.
