Position - Officer Planning

Job Profile:

  • Monthly Domestic Production Planning through SCM module
  • Generation of EPO's on the basis of TMD availability, validated batch sizes, CCP approval, BOM availability etc.
  • Updating followup tracker files for Domestic as well as Export business
  • Coordination wiht plant personnel on daily basis for on time product availability of sales as well as PS packs
  • Updating status from list of products having 3060 days inventory, 3160 days inventory on daily basis
  • Coordination with distribution for shortfall of physician samples
  • Coordination with institutional team for institution indents and further followup with plants for timely delivery
  • Raising Change Control pproposal (CCP) and Artwork Initiation form (AIF) for changes in artwork/manuracturing plant/ pack style etc.
  • Updating sales comparison sheet on monthly basis
  • Preparing monthly MIS reports as per department requirements
