RoleOverview: As the Global Experiential Marketing Leader at Darwinbox,you will be a key player in shaping the company's brand presence and drivingdemand through impactful events, both offline and virtual. This role requires astrategic thinker, a creative mind, and an experienced leader who canconceptualise, plan, and execute events that resonate with our target audience,strengthen our brand positioning, and ultimately influence key personas tochoose Darwinbox for their HR technology needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Event Strategy and Planning:

·Develop and execute acomprehensive global experiential marketing strategy aligned with overallmarketing and business objectives.

·Plan and oversee acalendar of events, including conferences, seminars, webinars, trade shows, andother industry-specific gatherings.

2. Demand Generation:

·Collaborate with thedemand generation team to ensure events are strategically aligned to generateleads and accelerate the sales pipeline.

·Utilize events as aplatform to showcase Darwinbox's product offerings, innovations, and thoughtleadership.

3. Brand Awareness and Positioning:

·Drive brand awarenessthrough impactful events that showcase Darwinbox's unique value proposition andcommitment to customer success.

·Develop and maintainconsistent messaging and branding across all event touchpoints.

4. Audience Engagement and Experience:

·Designand implement engaging experiences for event attendees that leave a lastingimpression and foster a positive perception of the Darwinbox brand.

·Leverage both offlineand virtual event formats to create interactive and immersive experiences.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

·Work closely with thesales, product, and content marketing teams to align event strategies withbroader business goals.

·Collaborate withinternal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors, to ensureseamless event execution.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

·Provenexperience in experiential marketing, event management, or related roles,preferably in the B2B SaaS space.

·Demonstratedsuccess in developing and executing global event strategies that drive demandand brand visibility.

·Strongproject management skills, with the ability to handle multiple eventssimultaneously.

·Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internalteams and external partners.

·Creativemindset with a focus on innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
