This is a remote position.

As a ELearningspecialist Intern you willplay a vital role in supporting our learning and developmentefforts. You will have the opportunity to gain handson experiencein various aspects of training and development while contributingto the growth and development of our employees.

CoreFunctional Responsibilities

Implementingvarious methods for elearning and online training on ourplatform Creating new course template workshop templates in ourplatform.

Analyses andevaluate the organizational as well as individual development needs

Arrange and attend different meetings and discussionsfor better knowledge on training ideas Work closely with themanagers mentors and HR for better development

Building & maintaining relationship with thirdparty

Workingstrategically for carrying out new ideas from coworkers withrespect to training purpose

Figure out thenew techniques that are execute Examines the results afterexecuting the new ideas Stay uptodate towards the new informationthat are enter into the industrial sectors regarding learning& development

GeneralResponsibilities:

A brief summaryknowledge about Learning management system

Attending facetoface meeting with clients whennecessary

Rapportbuilding with employees & vendors

Having good understanding with l &d tactics

Fixing the goals to easily achieve the target

Work with reporting manager business heads and internalteams

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.

Strong interest in learning and development with apassion for helping others grow and develop.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills withthe ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively withstakeholders.

Analytical mindset with theability to analyze data and evaluate training needs.

Creativity and innovation in designing engaging andeffective training programs.

Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.

Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)is a plus.
